After several trips to this Jack in the Box I can comfortably say the wait times are generally low (obviously higher around rush-hour like everywhere else), the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and engaged with guests, and the food is cooked delicious! Now charging for curly fries, not posted anywhere. 3.49 for a small pop when you guys could have said hey we have this value pop for $1.50 cheaper! When I said something. I just got a blank stare and told the prices are set by corporate. Bad customer service. Hated JITB to begin with. Said I would try one last time and yep. Never again. The food was hot and perfect. It's my favorite fast food restaurant and this one is consistently good. I especially like going here for breakfast. Great breakfast sandwiches. I also noticed that the medium soft drink is as big or bigger than McDonald's large

Update .. still love their for not happy with their 'new hours ' unless they of course mean 6 am 12 am indicating they willing be closed from midnight till 6am. Anyways,, I 'm sure they will still serve great food.. I love Jack in the Box, always in the mood for their tacos lol. This last time I stopped by, I used the drive thru. 2 vehicles were in front of me. It took forever (this is not the usual case) when I made it to the window to pay, I only saw one employee taking care of dine in customers and the drive thru. I still give this place 5 stars. My orders have always been hot, fresh, and accurate. I hope they get more staffing to help out.
Tried the new cheesy double jack. Tasted good! This is a great deal for 5.99. I'll have to try the tri0le with bacon next!
I ordered 10 nuggets and only got 8 ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Not happy do better. Also the cashier was not very nice
