I’d give this place 3 stars overall because the food deserves 5 stars, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. During the height of the pandemic, it felt like they were completely overwhelmed and disorganized. One of the staff members seemed to be particularly anxious, which added to the chaotic atmosphere.
The experience was quite disappointing. It took 35 minutes to receive our salads, and they didn’t even serve us any bread. The pizza was undercooked, which added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, it was a very poor dining experience.
The friendly staff and diverse menu make this fast-casual Italian restaurant an excellent stop during a shopping trip.
I absolutely love this place! The fast food is paired with excellent service and incredible flavors. It's my go-to spot! Plus, if you take their tomato soup home, you can enjoy it with your favorite wine. Simply the best!
