This is one of my favorite places to eat! My whole family loves it! We are regulars and the staff always recognizes us! Super clean facility and we never have to wait for a table! They always serve up some delicious food and have never messed up our order. They are on it! Kieran has been our waiter almost every time. He does a great job, very attentive! I’m obsessed with the egg flower soup, sooo yummy! Although, you... View all feedback.

The place is amazingly clean and the waitress was great. we had lunch, the sweet bark supper. the suppe came out from a dose! our entrees came out and looked great, but unfortunately there was no taste! had to pay extra for the chili paste! I have applied for some garlic powder and I could finally eat it, but don't enjoy it!

Our family has eaten in this restaurant for about 29 years, we loved eating. but when covid met, something changed. I don't know if they lost employees or what it is. but eating is not so good everywhere near. it comes too often to the table lukewarm (sometimes with cold stains) instead of hot as it should be. the quality has also fallen. it doesn't taste as good as it used to. They are also everywhere. as soon as the plate is flooded, the next time intervals are exaggerated. sometimes this happens at the same table where one person gets a lot of food and the other has small portions. Once there is a lot of fun, the next time there is hardly anything. sometimes it is super hot, with cold spots through, as if it were also microsaturated, not good. the food quality has been definitiw. a shame. we have tried to ride it, hoping that the dinge will improve and be the quality it was earlier (before-Covid), but that didn't happen. I hope they are striving to be what they were before, because we are looking for a new place to eat at this point.
I've been visiting the Lacey restaurant for a long time now, for years before I moved out of state, and it was one of the places I most looked forward to visiting when I moved back. Nobody else's hot and sour soup tastes quite right (even if I do have to remember to request no green onions I do wish that the online menu had all the dishes they offer every time I'm craving Kon Pau Chicken, I have to call in and request it over the phone. The same for things (like green onions) that I want left off dishes, there's no option online for that. However, the staff is amazing, the food is great, I love the art (especially that picture of the horses) and atmosphere in the restaurant. I miss the fish tank in the lobby, but the koi pond is still there! I also love that they have their own delivery crew, so I don't end up stuck with cold food as the fifth stop for some independent driver who picked up multiple orders before delivering, then got lost.
