This place was absolutely amazing, sat at the bar and had an amazing date night with my girl! Great restaurant atmosphere, clean and well designed. The staff was so friendly, the owner was a great bar tender with a lot of personality to make the night fun and interesting while waiting for dinner. What User doesn't like about Dos Hermanos Mexican Kitchen:
This is an order at the counter and is never spoken again with a kind of place, but the way it should calculate full service. There were tons and tons? it was super strange, but the ambience is an open environment with other shops and people shopping. We bought chips and salsa for an appetizer, the chips were broken teeth, yes I said that. My wife thought her tooth broke and she swallowed it. But that didn't happen.... View all feedback.
Tried Dos Hermanos after it won best taco in Thurston County. This place is legit. Their tacos, burritos, and nachos are really great. I also love their sauces and assume they're probably made in-house. The customer service is awesome and food comes out fairly quickly for how tasty it is. I would absolutely recommend this place!
The best Mexican food I ever had. Everything on the menu is phenomenal, but the nachos are what my dreams were looking for and made this date night target 3 times. The chili relleño and the shrimp special (hopefully it becomes regular) will not be disappointed if Nachos is not your thing. Finish your meal with the fresh churros, you will not regret it. Seriously. Even if you don't have room. I have the Margaritas in mind and intend to test an ASAP after baby was born this summer. The owners are beautiful and the customer service is top notch. Put this place at the top of your list to try. You'll be mad that you waited so long.
Great margaritas! The food is so fresh! Fresh tortillas and chips! Hands down just amazing food. I had the enchiladas and my husband had the smothered burrito!
Miniscule portions for the price. Ordered the fish tacos and a burrito bowl with chicken. The tacos tasted good and were made with grilled mahi mahi. It came with two tacos (three would have been better given their size) and the tiniest serving of beans which was so small I had to request an additional side (see photo). A photo from another reviewer who ordered the same plate had more rice and beans, so maybe they were running low or something. The chicken burrito bowl came in a bowl smaller than a cereal bowl and had a pinch of chicken in it. Perhaps other dishes include more regular sized portions. Had high hopes based on other reviews but wasn't worth the price in the end.
After seeing all the glowing reviews, we decided to drive down to Olympia to give it a shot. We're so glad we did! The tacos, nachos, and margaritas were fantastic. We can't wait to return. Food: 5/5
