Curry in a Hurry is a fantastic spot to grab a quick snack at the Olympia Farmer's Market. Their samosas are delicious, especially when paired with their homemade Shiva's Third Eye Vindaloo hot sauce. I am looking forward to returning soon! View all feedback.
What Nadia Ziemann doesn't like about Curry In A Hurry:
order a samosa as snack. It was just okay. it was $5 and small. for this price I would expect two. if they die for Indians, this will be good, but it is not particularly good or a good thing. View all feedback.
The chicken curry was flavorless and thin. The rice seemed like it had been reheated. I was expecting a larger samosa for $4.30. While I am not an expert on Indian cuisine, I was disappointed with this meal.
Where should I start? that's not Indian cuddies. we ordered samosa, which was so overpriced for a smaller than average samosa. tastefully it was okay, but not authentic. we ordered pakora who had no aromen. 0 stars. then there was a combo plate with chicken and garnel in which the chicken was tangig and garnel was bland and delicious. the people who commanded it were polite. for the love of Indian, cusine, learn to cook Indian dishes before it marketed as Indian restaurant. with Indian roots we felt very sad as the Indian food was presented by curry in a hurry. this restaurant has the potential to make great when they invest time to improve their menu. a proposal is to serve masala dosa, which would be suitable for this space. through the tweaking filling in samosa they can make masala for the dosa. the best. I hope they will succeed.
This place is great! I ordered pakoras as a forgot-lunch-pre-dinner snack and they were sooo tasty. Brought them home and everyone had to try one ? The staff is nice and the food is well priced.
Friendly staff and service but the food left something to be desired. Had the vegetarian sampler and two out of three dishes were quite under seasoned with little flavor. Very (very) soupy. Some of the potatoes in the aloo mutter were undercooked/hard. Chana masala was strongly cinnamony. Ordered two papadums and they were both soaked in oil to the point it was pooling in the bottom of the container. The mixed veg was the best thing in the sampler.
