Amazing amazing amazing ! I’m Not a oyster fan nor I have ever really tried oysters. But i has to go and try one and I ended up ordering the clam chowder and a half dozen of oysters. All were delicious. I got some sort of tequila mimosa which was also great. Service was excellent, next time I’m in town I will definitely be taking my husband !!!

The entire team at Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar is amazing, with special shoutouts to Shina and Bill, Cody, and Chefs Jose and Henry. I don't even know where to begin about the level of service and quality of food, but everything was absolutely amazing! We sampled several oyster varieties, geoduck crudo, clams, salmon crudo, octopus, and steak. Each dish was bursting with flavor and was plated beautifully plated! Y'all made us feel right at home and took excellent care of us! We look forward to returning next time we are in the area and will recommend Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar to everyone! I was referred by my sister Tanya, and my husband and I loved it! A classy hipster vibe with divine cuisine. A long deserved date night, filled with gratitude! We had the happy hour: steamers, deviled eggs, fried and raw oysters, with the mussels and chorizo, and crab gnocchi for dinner. The staff were kind and attentive, and every customer I witnessed had the same foodgasm glaze over their faces. We were just visiting Olympia, and will share our experience with others!! Good luck! A go to, and must have for global foodies. We added this to our favs!

A jewel of a gastronomic experience in DT Olympia, a total find! Raw bar and prepared meals both with wonderfully surprising pairings. But what really makes the overall experience is the people...professional, upbeat, knowledgeable and attentive staff with heart. Will absolutely be back!
