In the middle of a caulk saw where it is difficult to find vegan food this hotel has a part of the menu with this type of food. the burger and the very good falafel. have vegan cocon dessert flan.
Starting from the base that finding a vegetarian restaurant in the caulk saw is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Finding this small and cozy hotel with vegan and vegetarian options was like finding an oasis in a desert. the same director of the hotel is vegetarian and his recommendation of typical dish like “stick soups” ,tagarnins (seasonal) and stuffed eggplants were quite a success.

All the dishes are prepared by the chef, using specific utensils for its elaboration that isolates it from the products where meat, fish and any animal products are used.
