Kfc - Olongapo

Fast food preparation... good customer service. Better branch than other KFCs in Olongapo.

We had planned to enjoy an evening out at SM, but our car broke down on the fifth floor. So, we decided to indulge in some comfort food at KFC. The food was just as delicious as I remembered! Before my husband left, he asked me to remove my ring for the trike ride home. I took it off and entrusted it to him for safekeeping. However, when we got home, the ring was nowhere to be found. He quickly headed back to KFC, and... well, you know the rest. - Joey Ela C

This restaurant attracts a large number of customers, and they have an efficient numbering system in place.

Asked the bus guy to clean the table. He used a dirty rag, forcing me to clean it again. Twice. Ordered the fully loaded meal with back Baconized Zinger. Received one piece of bacon with a bit of lettuce in the bun. No patty!!!! And recieved NO APOLOGY when they got it wrong. They did give me the right sandwich in the end though. Hope you do better next time. You're a franchise. You need to live up to standards! Plus, the poor bus boy was alone at lunch rush.
