After waiting more than an hour, my aunt went to speak with a staff member, who suggested that we cancel our orders. If she hadn't approached them, we would have continued waiting for nothing. Please, get your act together. Communicate with us in advance. Don’t waste our time and just tell us to cancel our orders.
