Sardi's Taphouse - Olney

The first time here when you visit the family. We had a group of eight, so we ordered family style. The Ceviche appetizer was delicious. We also ordered the family meal and the meat plate for a group of 8. There was plenty of food for everyone and even some for taking home. Our server, Jackson was super attentive and appealing. All we had was delicious.

Could the health department call this? The dive site was always great. Food is fresh and service is usually excellent. The restaurant's exit side is a cluster. Manager there clearly does not understand customer service. What happened? I have placed an online order with several pages and Entrees. Two of the pages ordered that they didn't have when I came to pick up my order. The lady charged it only with salad and broccoli and wanted to say nothing. When reviewing what?s in my bag I noticed that and brought it to her attention. You the proceeds in annoyed way, ?well what other side you want?. I thought that was what we meant? No! It continues to open my container and the sides into the glass area where they serve other customers. Disgusting train!! Not to mention the problem they caused. No, I'm sorry, or please let us through these inconveniences?. In addition, we have come home, I noticed that the sandwiches did not come with the house made chips that they should, and the Pit beef sandwich was not properly made. Ready with the online order here. This is the third time? ve F?d things in recent months and they really don't care.

04-01-2022 (UPDATE) I never returned to this restaurant to improve her chicken instead, every day got bad. I also didn't like the manager's complaint to me because I gave them a bad review here, she said I could just tell them what was wrong, and I did so before I posted this review. So I decided not to come back here anymore, they have added new people since last year who gave a terrible customer service, for some reason, must be from the time my chicken came with black eclectic areas, the pumice were always cold or overboiled, never tasty. And I would like to mention that I am not a Karen/Ken bc I rate this restaurant with 5 stars in the first months I started going there, and I want to inform people with these types of reviews so that they are aware of before they go there, not like the manager who likes to hide de REALITY. 12-18-2021 (UPDATE) I am a frequent customer in this restaurant, almost 5 days a week I have lunch here. Recently the chicken comes from my order damage, I was a fan of this Sardis Chicken but I? ll no longer come and eat here every day if you guys continue giving me damaged chicken, frits also get undercooked cold frits, hard frits; that's terrible! I also don't want to be mean, but the two young cashiers are very rude, terrible customer service. August 2021 First I would like to mention that the customer service of this place was really good, starting from the server to the supervisor and manager, they are really fast and very friendly, eating taste here is incredible, they have a bar, restaurant and quickly get out area, what else can you ask? The prices are a bit expensive, but the food taste deserves it, this family-friendly restaurant, or even for your self there is room on the bar. I really recommend this place, Peruvian chicken is the best in the area, and I? ll come very often, thank you!

My first time in Sardis Taphouse and I have to say I had a great meal. The portions are in place and the flavors were perfect. I had a really pleasant meal.

There was a confusion with my initial order but they quickly and politely fixed everything without any issues. There is room for improvement with the portion sizes. But overall, the customer service was great in my experience. Food tastes amazing! Would definitely recommend this Sardis!
