I mean, I'm not a rocket scientist (obviously....I paid for air) but how about unplugging the thing so people stop getting ripped off if it's not working? It had no problem running my card and taking money out of the account.

We exchanged a couple more emails but in... read more Very impressed with the Casey's App customer service. I sent an email this morning and received a fairly prompt reply. We exchanged a couple more emails but in the end he provided a telephone number for me to call. I figured it would be an overseas conversation after 10 minutes of automated prompts. When I called he greeted me by name and fixed everything for me!
