This place was nice and clean. The best thing about Cafe Rio is that, that they make the tortillas from the scratch. They are super fresh and really really tasty. On Tuesdays they have a taco Tuesday day. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the crew on the assembly line is really fast. They don't listen to your order properly. The food here is really good. My favorite entree is the enchiladas with rice.
