This was my first time dining at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The service was incredible, with the owner personally coming to our table to inquire about our meal. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, but you will definitely find it here! The crab cake and lobster bisque were the best I have ever had. View all feedback.

This was our fifth time trying to visit this restaurant in the past four months. It is extremely unprofessional for them to randomly close without notice. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they are open before you go. After reading recent reviews, it seems that their frequent closures due to employee illness or training new staff may be a result of poor treatment of the staff. We had a wonderful dining experience! The menu had some lovely, unique dishes and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was bustling but still quiet enough for easy conversation at our table. We will definitely be returning!
The food was superb. Although the drinks took a long time to arrive, they were definitely worth the wait!
We had a fantastic evening in the Chagrin Falls area that began at Bistro. Our server was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful. Even though we live in Cleveland Heights, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for kicking off such a enjoyable night.
