Loved their pizza and their stuffed potatoes. We also came back another time and got the vegetable soup that was excellent. The staff is very nice and speak pretty good English. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Keros:
I would never go there again. These people of the Keros grill are dishonest, betray you and cover the double amount as agreed after having eaten. Only after an hour of discussion incl. (fake?) police men we agreed on a price. Never ever go there!!! View all feedback.
Our dinner in November 2014 was just fine. The indoor atmosphere was just okay and the two older men, while nice enough delivered really slow service. The tablecloth on our table was dirty. I had stuffed paprika that were best marginal were mostly roasted dough and the oil was maybe a bit rancid? My husband had a recommended pork dish that was only large pieces of fried pork that were okay, but nothing big.
We flew early in the morning from Lima to Cusco, took a taxi to Ollantaytambu and checked into our hotel. We were tired and felt the height a little, but wanted to explore and eat. After we checked the squares on the square, we passed on this beautiful spot. The farm was pleasant and we were well served by several family members. The fixed price food was very reasonable! All four of us enjoyed tasty quinoa soup, coke tea and entrees (2 chicken, 2 trout) with sides. It was a delicious lunch in a quiet environment.
This is a simple restaurant on the main square with an outdoor courtyard and a large dining room upstairs. Our leader suggested we eat here as I wanted to try the local trout. When we looked at the menu, they had trout 14 different types!!! I decided to cook trout in a wood stove and my husband had his grill, both were delicious and cooked for perfection. Both dishes were served with chips and a cucumber and tomato skin removed! The bill with drinks and tips came to 70 soles £17.50 such a real bargain!! We paid a lot more in Cusco for trout and it wasn't almost that good.
We stopped here before getting the train. It is a family-run place, a little boy yelled Turistas! to the others as we walked in! Very casual outdoor dining at tables under thatched roofs. You eat outside with a view of the mountains. Friendly service. We had a simple hamburguesa and a chicken sandwich, both very tasty, filling, and inexpensive.
Es un lugar enclavado alrededor de la plaza principal como un hermoso jardín, la carta es super amplia, yo recomiendo comer el menú del dia que ellos recomiendan que a mi parecer fue muy rico, la trucha con ensalada espectacular!
