I ordered the Bolognese, which is a meat sauce with some tomatoes in the mix, not a tomatoe sauce with meat in the mix. But they were nice about it, discounte my dish by 25%. My friend ordered the eggplant, but said it was just two large pieces of tomato wtih thin slices of eggplant in between and a slice of cheese. This is listed under the main courses but is really more of a appetizer salad, excpet that the portion was quite large. On the whole, OK but nothing worth going out of your way for.

Each bite was perfe... read more Everything about our meal at Catamount was spectacular! We actually ate here for 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners as we were guests at the resort. Each bite was perfect. Definitely try some of the signature cocktails. The calamari is a must. Salads are huge enough for 2. And the braised short ribs were some of the best I've ever had. We've been going to the Catamount for years and it's consistently a memorable experience. Can't wait to go back.
