Rod from Rolling Thunder was great to work with! My taco truck canceled on me last minute for our wedding and Rod went to work trying to figure out how he could caterer our big day. I had Rolling Thunder BBQ recommended to cater my graduation party this past weekend. I had never had them before and went with them solely based off others rave reviews. The food was AMAZING. The most tender tri tip I’ve ever had and the bacon Mac salad was super good too! We’re still talking about the food and have people who attended the grad party still messaging us about how good the food was.
My family and I have eaten here twice now when they set up shop in Sutherlin at Crystal Creek butcher shop.
