Bistro Flor de Coco is a nice restaurant located inside the Pousada do Amparo in historic Olinda. It is open to the public for lunch and dinner, and also serves breakfast to the hotel’s guests. The menu is not large, which is a good thing. Food is nicely plated and well-prepared. The ambiance is lovely and cozy at the same time. The service is very good. The only reason I think this restaurant is not more crowded is that people may not be aware that it is open to the public. It is a good place and should be on your short list of dining options while in Olinda.
