Began and wrapped up my olhão tour here for a good reason — food is amazing (the vibe is modern european, reminded me of my experience at London’s BRAT, albeit less stuffy and waaaay more homey), owner and his crew are beyond friendly even though they’re all incredibly busy, and the place is just the cutest. A fab experience overall — would totally recommend!!

The ambience is magnificent quirky, the food was delicious and there are some different dishes that were also really interesting. Our server (Sonja? was so friendly and funny. We will be back safely - unfortunately not for a while, as they will soon be closed for a winter break!

The small plate dishes are so fresh and inspired, so good to have shared the first green figs last night along with anchovies , tomato stuffed with mackerel , hummus and oyster mushroom shawarma . The lemon meringue is not to be missed too . Cha Cha Cha is a must on any visit to Olhao
