This brewery offers the finest food in the region. Be sure to try their appetizers paired with hot mustard, and don’t miss out on a draft Polynomial IPA for an exceptional experience. The staff is fantastic, and the chefs always deliver incredible dishes. We truly love this spot! ❤️

I had a wonderful second experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was unable to share the history of the beer or the origins of the building, which was disappointing since I appreciate hearing those backstories. On a positive note, the woman working behind the bar on Sunday was exceptional.
