May 2018 on a table. when we arrived, we were greeted by a sign that they were closed for the foreseeable future. this was disappointing, as we had to drive past the anticipation of a beautiful evening and work out plans without reservations, which now waited for a table in another restaurant for 50 minutes.

We ordered the restaurant's version of a NY Sour,... read more The food at this restaurant was excellent, and the drinks were mostly good. However, the service was terrible. We ordered the restaurant's version of a NY Sour, which is supposed to be served with a port wine float. The drink was served without this important ingredient and tasted terrible as a result. When we tried to ask our server for a new drink, she was nowhere to be found. We then went to the bartender, who told us they had run out of port but assured us that the drink is usually great with all the ingredients. I requested a beer instead. When the bill came, both the beer and the incomplete drink were listed. I pointed this out to the server, who spoke to the bartender and removed the drink charge. I was surprised that the beer charge was not removed as well, considering they served a drink missing a key ingredient. The service was disappointing, especially since the restaurant was not busy at all. There were only a few tables in the whole place, so the ratio of customers to staff was low.
