The woman at the counter, who appeared to be the most senior staff member, was quite rude and raised her voice while taking my order. Her demeanor lacked politeness and decency, suggesting a possible lack of training.

The... read more I'm a new member of the Sip Club, and I love enjoying my favorite drinks throughout the month. It's such a fantastic concept that I never knew about before. Their baked goods are delicious, and the orange scones and muffins are definitely at the top of my list. The staff is generally friendly, but they always seem busy and could benefit from having more employees. Plus, you can conveniently order delivery through DoorDash without having to leave your home.

To clarify, we only ordered lunch and dinner here and have not tried any of the pastries or items from the bakery, so we can't speak to their quality. However, after reading some reviews, it was comforting to see that others feel the same way about this location not living up to the usual Panera standards. We won't be returning. The customer service is just mediocre.
