They are very well informed about Celiac disease. They have a dedicated frit, gluten-free pans and kitchen utensils etc. It is a VERY SAFE place to eat

Not gluten-free, but very gluten-conscious with your own frit. Had a sandwich, pommes and only meat without reaction. Great discovery and just a few minutes from the highway when you drive. I placed our order on the phone.
Staff are well aware of GF cross contamination. They have a separate fryer for GF although it may take a small amount longer to heat it up.....not a problem in my books. Service was great. I had pulled pork sandwich with GF bun and girlfriend had Brisket Poutine. Excellent flavour and portions!
