Granny Jacks is a charming lunch and brunch spot, unfortunately closed on weekends. Recent changes under new ownership have left some regulars feeling underwhelmed. Despite this, the home-cooked menu and friendly staff make for a consistently satisfying dining experience. Perfect for quick business lunches or catered meetings. A small town gem in central Alberta that is worth a visit for their thick sandwiches and delicious soups. The noisy atmosphere is a small drawback to an otherwise delightful dining experience with intriguing decor.

Very friendly staff and excellent food, have great salads, soups and sandwiches. Great atmosphere, great spot for a lunch date with friends.
Under new ownership since Fall of last year, soup and sandwich definitely not as good as before, menu is more limited, atmosphere is a little more cramped or busy-looking, has always had a noisy atmosphere
Always an excellent meal with great taste and look! the desserts are scrumptious and always take extra home with me!
I have been visiting this restaurant for a few years now whenever I am in Olds.
I have lived in Olds for several years and Granny Jacks has been my favorite lunch spot.
