This policy has been in plac... read more I went to KFC tonight to order my food, and was informed by the manager multiple times that they only accept chip and pin payments. This policy has been in place since March, but there was no evidence of it on their website. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru to leave. The manager's attitude was poor, as she refused to give me her name and also refused to accept cash. Additionally, the website stated that they close at 9pm, but they actually closed at 8pm. When I asked a security guard about it, he could not speak English and just grunted at me to shut up. I will definitely not be eating here again. The service was atrocious. Thank you, Nick.

I... read more I ordered a bargain bucket with 10 pieces of chicken for my family. While waiting for my order, I went to the toilet and was nearly sick from the awful smell. It was so disgusting that I couldn't believe it. Even clubs don't have toilets that smell that bad. When I left the toilet, I noticed that the tables were also very dirty. I decided to take the food to go because the restaurant was too dirty to eat in with my family. Unfortunately, the drama didn't end there. Despite spending £19 on food, I couldn't bring myself to eat it because the chicken was not fresh. My mum and I both noticed that the chicken smelled old. So, my wife and son also refused to eat it. In the end, I was so hungry that I threw the chicken away and cooked dinner for my family instead. I will never be going back to that KFC again. After seeing complaints on Google about the place, I wonder why nothing is being done to address the issues. The Food Hygiene department should consider closing that restaurant down, as it is the worst I have ever seen.

Everyone depressed and miserable staff not friendly at all. The restaurant was old and dirty. Never again
