The owner has a family member who also has Celiac... read more Four of us ladies had a wonderful Christmas lunch today at Donnelley's. I am the only one with Celiac disease. The owner has a family member who also has Celiac, so they were knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't eat and understood the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. The atmosphere in the cafe was delightful, cozy, and inviting. The staff were attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant. They also offer a fantastic afternoon tea.

Breakfast is served until mid-morning and afternoon tea can be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance. The food is always well-presented, freshly prepared, and served hot. There is a good selection of drinks available. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for catching up with friends. The staff are friendly and efficient. While the space inside may not be ideal for wheelchair users due to limited space and a large step at the front door, there is outdoor seating available on the pavement. Overall, a great spot for a casual lunch.
