The food here is great I love their pupu platter its got it all. The food is always fresh and hot and customer service is great. Prices are fair and portions are large. Definitely recommend View all feedback.
What Chad Taylor doesn't like about China Town:
There was a huge black hair cooked in our food. When we called the guy manager told us he wasn't refunding us. He said f& you and we weren't offered a new meal or a refund. Very poor customer service. He was so rude and disrespectful. The food was disgusting. It wasa huge long black hair cooked through crab Rangoon and our chicken fingers. Stomach turning. I ordered online,gave delivery instructions as I AM DISABLED.The driver left DOWNSTAIRS AND IN THE RAIN..I paid over $7 to get rain soaked food !!!!! The food was below standard so I won't be ordering again..I do not not recommend this place at all! Zero stars!!! I can not leave home is only reason for delivery..
I ordered delivery at this place, and in my 65 years of life it was the worst food in my life! Im surprised somebody hasnt notified the state food or health authorities. The food looked like it was laid out for about 2 to 3 days, and it had a strange foul odor. $50 waisted! Run away like hell from this place!
Had the chicken wings and egg drop wonton soup. Both were tasty, the wontons weren't great, filling was good. Price was good for the portion sizes.
Well I order on average 3 nights per week receiving delivery. Today , 12/17/23, I called and ordered my regular,sweet and sour chicken with extras etc. When they didn't show up in 45 minutes and called to see what's up. The lady said I never even called. Yes, the exact same person I have ordered from 50 times! First order45 minutes gone/ then another full wait for my food so 1.5 hour wait. So for the final issue . NO S&S sauce and only 2 skimpy packets of duck sauce! I called and she said she'd be right back with S&S ,it's been 45 minutes ,I haven given up on their service. This restaraunt is dying as a business, they just don't know it yet. I am never giving them another penny of the close to $240.00 a month I have spent there over the last year.
Great food, very plentiful for the price, and nicely constructed ordering options online. Recommended!
