I love the food and the place was perfect for Valentine's Day. Very small, cozy and the lighting was perfect, I found it romantic . I have been to the toritos before, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the menu was changed and they run out of ceviche. Other than that it was good.

We lived about three blocks away and haunted Kensington Market. It wasn't until we moved away that we actually went there. I'm not a huge tapas fan but I might give it another try now that's I've been to Torito. The service was good (though we went early) and the food delicious. Portions were small but I guess that's tapas for you. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
