Ever since leaving New Jersey, I have been searching for a good deli with fresh food. Mindy K is absolutely fantastic. During my lunch break, the food was prepared to perfection. It was refreshing to see an owner and coworker who not only care about quality and taste, but also the feelings and happiness of their guests. They truly deserve 5 stars for their creativity. Chef rick is an artist. the pho nudelsuppen are really delicious. pad thai is highly recommended. so glad mindy k’s is still there and flowering.
