Had the reservation for about a month, showed up at our time slot, and they were still closed. one of the workers just stood there and ignored us instead of meeting us at the locked door. considering this was for a birthday lunch on vacation for my boyfriend, we were disappointed to say the least
The food was amazing! The service was outstanding. We cannot wait to return here! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience
Speakeasy room is prefect. Everything was clean. Service was great. Food was good. Wine prices could be much better
This was a great place for a large group of hungry travelers new to San Juan. The beer was cold and the food was quite good. We tried several pizzas, chicken parmigiana and other dishes. The restaurant was very clean and our large party sat in the back away from other tables, so we had no covid concerns (San Juan takes Covid seriously so always felt fine). The pizzas were very good! Coming from the northeast, we were not sure how Italian in Puerto Rico would be, but it was quite good. The waiter was attentive and we left full and satisfied! The bread appetizer was delicious. I would definitely recommend. It has a few TVs and a casual feel. We walked from our hotel. It's not fancy but a nice change from the more formal dining we had on vacation
We visited during Covid restrictions so we made sure to have a reservation. We were underwhelmed; service was slow even with limited capacity and at one point while were placing our order our server actually walked away in mid-sentence to go talk to another employee. Even our kids and had shocked looks on their faces. The pesto gnocchi with chicken had a flavor that I'd consider "just OK" but the dish was ultimately spoiled because the sauce was practically a soup. The filet risotto was also very "soupy" and there was so little filet meat in the dish that it seemed like the meat was a garnish as opposed to a main component of the dish We won't be returning
