Mcdonald's - OLD RVR-WNFRE

My family and I made a order for several items and everything was good except for the nuggets Wich are usually good) and the manager HEATHER helped us out and replaced them with fresh ones.... I usually don't write reviews about employees but she was soo helpful and went out of her way to MAKE SURE our dining experience was good and she was very kind respectful and courteous HEATHER IS A PRIME example of a manager doing their job and running a business the way it should be especially a business that deals with the public A FOR HEATHER!!

They send me to number one and no one brought my order had to get off after waiting 20 minutes

We found scraps of paper in our burger in between the meat and cheese in our food. Major health hazards here. It's really ashamed because we thought this McDonald's was decent 4 months ago. Grant it, we don't come often. I assume their employee turnover rate is high, and good help is hard to find. We are never returning again. We value our health too much.

My order was all wrong. Get someone who speaks good English will solve the problem

I am a door dash driver and I am in and out of this location several times a day and especially late night's and the manager is always having a ugly attitude about me pressing confirm on my phone while no other employee ever ever asks and that's ok the issue is while she's being petty about it the order is never ready I have to wait forever! And the trash cans and lobby and bathroom's are nasty and that's all day all the time they really have their priorities mixed up and that's all managers on every shift but especially late night I think the lady should probably hang it up! But if she is going to do the most especially make sure the restaurant is clean and orders are ready, the quality of employees at all McDonald's has really gone to the gutters!
