I recently tried the Dunkin' App for mobile ordering. I placed my order for coffee and food, and then picked it up without a hitch. Although the drive-thru line was long, it moved quickly. What Dee Hettinger doesn't like about Dunkin':
Terrible! I’ve been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for many many years. The service at this location is always poor. I just saw there was a deal for three dollar pumpkin spice latte. So I come in and I order one and they charge me $4.79. They wouldn’t change it back to three dollars. I only come here if I'm looking to be thoroughly let down by both my coffee and humanity.
Place was clean and the girl behind the counter was friendly helpful. in the evening to the coffee. on the parking lot we stood. many trees around the parking lot, it was nice. they should have a few tables out there, it was nice. good coffee.
Personal chat with customers on the drive through more than 5mins. the line was long, but I didn't care.
Really like this place, one-two donuts once a week is my only cheating and I am quite satisfied with taste and quality. maybe they really have a problem with the administration, but the personal really tries to do their best
To be honest without any sugar coating, there always was poor service, but food is quite good. Hope that next time they will somehow manage this
