Pizzeria Il Salsero - OLBIA

Beautiful modern restaurant with great food and very nice service. Apparently a place and pretty busy on a Friday night fast service but friendly and helpful and delicious food. We thought the fresh grilled tuna salad was a great value and tasted so good! Pizza was not the best of all times, but very enjoyable, fresh and tasty the waiters took care of us all well, although we did not speak Italian and were delighted that we were from NYC. They were very professioal, but also very friendly and even if they were lubricated. (Restaurant workers speak for super busy) they did not rush us and they stopped checking on us often yet did not push us into everything offered friendly and pleasing service. Fun to sit in the back and watch as they make the pizzas in the beautiful pizza oven and finally the sunset was spectacular and enjoyed the view of the Krimson skies from the large plate glass windows that surrounded most of the restaurant that offered magnificent views of the sunset. Very recommended!

Ordered pizza and was waiting for 10 mins. Few ppl came in looking for a table outside. The waiter then came and told me the table is reserved. I could see some other people who arrived later than me and seated who were not asked to move. Racist behaviour. I cancelled and walked away.

Nice place, cozy decor and friendly staff! Really nice gluten-free pizza!
