What Beatrice doesn't like about Taco Bell:
There was two cars in front of me in the drive-thru and I waited an hour and there was still one car in front of me at the window that hadn't gotten their food. One guy took the order while two people went out to smoke. A woman was left by herself to try and figure out what orders were what and what they were out of. I arrived at noon on a Thursday, it was -6° outside and their lobby was closed. There was a long line around the building that I was dumb enough to sit through. I probably should have taken a hint when people kept taking u-turns in the Drive-Thru and there's really no space to make a u-turn. I called them they did not answer and by the time I got to the front they basically just said they don't have anything. Gotta love Taco Bell! Order tacos al fresco to keep calories down. Employees were very efficient.

They are constantly out of beef. The food is never warm and taste terrible. The franchise owner should address the issues at this location.
