Starbucks - Olathe

It is the McDonald's of coffee, just not with the McDonald's price. Beans are over roasted and watered down. They are consistent, I'll give them that.

It's usually a good one expect today. I had a mobile ordered, had it picked up by my husband and they gave him a completely different drink. I went back, the teens laughed and said that's definitely not what you asked for. They remade it and yet again it wasn't what I asked for. So either they need more training, learn how to read or simply didn't care about the service they where giving. Get it together as these drinks aren't $1.

My coffee was not right. The taste was different, I couldn't even taste the coffee. It seems they pour more milk. Unfortunately, It was a drive thru order and long line and on my way to work. This is the second time happen. Previously, they put different kind of milk. I asked for coconut milk but it was just regular milk. Tried to give me a damaged cup, that wouldn't allow the lid to fit, which then spilled all over myself and my car after the exchange at the window in the drive-thru. Person just then “helped” by holding this disaster of a cup while I had to scramble to find something to try and wipe things up. Eventually asked if I was ok, then just put my half empty old, busted cup inside new cup....
