What User doesn't like about Rajmahal Indian:
The soup was tasteless and overly salty, resembling a thin broth with rice dumplings that didn't resemble traditional Indian basmati rice at all. The fish curry was the worst I've ever had, with a strange texture that was unappetizing. Overall, I was very disappointed and wouldn't choose to come back. View all feedback.
We have enjoyed the Rajmahal Indian Restaurant twice now. We love the Indian cuisine served there. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is quiet. There always seems to be plenty of room.
This is definitely the best Indian restaurant in the Kansas City area. The flavor profile of each dish is phenomenal and very authentic to Indian cuisine. Takeout is always well packaged. Every single vegetarian dish here is amazing but especially the paneer dishes and daal makhni! They are timely with their service. I highly recommend this restaurant for dine in or carry out they will not disappoint!
My wife and I went here to try out their food and was very excited to know about their buffets as we are new to Indian food and tasting many options I fell in love with the chicken curry. The hype of the Butter chicken wasn’t my favorite. Amazing service and well taken care of. Ever since we left we are now inspired to try out other dishes!
For $15 a head, my husband and I enjoyed the lunch buffet. Wonderful salads and raita along with hot veg and non-veg entrees. Friendly service with hot buttered naan. Spicy chai provided with buffet so we drank up. Exquisite kheer (sort of like rice pudding) for dessert. We had no idea it was here and we found it when we got turned around looking for a different restaurant. One of the best wrong turns we ever took!
Flavorless strongly salted thin thin liquid lentil soup, rice lumps that do not have a traditional Indian basmati and the worst version of fish curry with swaai in a curry that usually cleansed onions. I was abusive, would not return.
