Drive through staff is inconsiderate and determined to do things their own way in spite of guest request
The crew working tonight was excellent. I was in a UHaul truck which couldn’t go through the drive through. They were very gracious in taking my order at the drive up window and because it was raining, they allowed me to come inside and pickup my order.
Watched the staff struggle with a language barrier and handled it gracefully. Service is always fast.
