I was frustrated that we came here because I had $13 in rewards, including a birthday reward that they emailed me about this week. When we went to order, they told me that all the old reward program wasn't goodanymore. So why did I get an email about this reward two days ago?

First time here and we got the Big Dipper, Meatball, Reuben, California Crab, and the Ham and Swiss. The wife said the meat ball was light on sauce but good. The youngest one could not eat the whole Ham and Swiss. The two oldestenjoyed their subs. I had the Big Dipper. It was good and the aju sauce was not overly strong. I only got one pic of the subsbecause everyone else dug in right away.

After ordering and getting my chips out came my hot Tuna sub. Afterplacing my sub down he was nice enough to say if you don 't like it warm. I can make another at room temp. Now that 's goodcustomer service. I enjoyed it and I really enjoyed my lunch break and will definitely return to try other hot fresh subs.
