Today, our family tried some subs for the first time at this restaurant. We ordered the Big Dipper, Meatball, Reuben, California Crab, and Ham and Swiss. My wife mentioned that the Meatball sub was a bit light on sauce but still tasty. Our youngest couldn't finish the Ham and Swiss. The two older kids loved their subs. Just want to say how much I appreciate this Planet Sub restaurant. They have remained open through most (maybe all? of the pandemic. The staff is friendly and upbeat. The sandwiches are tasty and hot. The iced tea is just right and the fountain always has lemonade to season it with. The service is quick. The tables are spaced far apart and usually for lunch it's not busy. Thank you for being here!
Food is good, albeit a little overpriced. I was frustrated that we came here because I had $13 in rewards, including a birthday reward that they emailed me about this week. When we went to order, they told me that all the old reward program wasn't good anymore. So why did I get an email about this reward two days ago?
Great sandwiches and lots of options to choose from. Friendly service and great customer service.
