Papa Johns Pizza - Olathe

This place is terrible! I ordered pizza to take back to my hotel, which is only half a mile away, at 8:57 PM. They told me it would take 51 minutes, but after an hour and a half, they still hadn’t delivered it! They couldn’t even locate my order at first, but they managed to find my credit card and charged me $37! They claimed they were placing the order and would bring it with them, but they never showed up, and when I called back, they were already closed! This is a total scam! Avoid this place at all costs! It's disappointing to see such laziness and irresponsibility from corporate America and its workers!

Order pizza while in town for a sporting event 15. juli 2022. we are late after a 9 hours driver and thought pizza was the best option. pizza came and was delivered in time. problem, it wasn't our order. I cried about 10:37 clock to complain and they said our order would be delivered in “a half hour” our food came around 11:40PM ice cold and the brotsticks and cinnamon apart were burned hard! the next day they called and said that a general manager would call back the next day when he was and I still no call back, no refund! I also complained about business and I didn't hear anything back. very unprofessional company. they get $52 from traveling and do not have the services at all, as stated. better business breaks will be my next complain

The pizza becomes rough. it is soggy and the last three times I order the epic filled crust functioning pizza it was smokey. completely boiled. tonight the pizza crust was so thin and soggy, the beats would all just slip off. it could hardly eat. the crust was crispy at the top, but complete teig, when she began to eat it. the Canadian speck tasted a little rotten. I'm disappointed because this papa johns used to be one of the best, not his descent hill. do you have the possibility for additional cheese if the pizza crust cannot even stop the regular cheese with blows? I don't know what's going on, but you have to fix it. the personal is great and beautiful, but please make the pizza as they used it.

We ordered the wrong pizza and papa johns replaced them for us without charge.

I was very disappointed, not with the taste or quality of the pizza I received, but because I was a new customer specifically looking forward to the new “Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust” pizza that only Papa John’s offers. Instead, I ended up with a cheese-stuffed crust topped with pepperoni. If Papa John’s is promoting something new and exciting, the staff should be properly informed about it and familiar with how it relates to the overall customer service experience.
