KFC - Olathe
KFC
Description
This KFC serves the familiar salty, crispy comfort of fried chicken but delivers an uneven experience. Diners praise occasional fresh, satisfying orders and a responsive manager who will fix problems, yet others encounter overcooked pieces, gravy‑soaked boxes, slow service and curt staff. The location supports dine‑in, drive‑thru, online orders and curbside pickup, but locked doors and unclear entrances can frustrate guests. Best for casual, flexible diners seeking comfort fast food rather than those needing consistently quick, pristine takeout.

I had a problem with my order and, unfortunately, I lost my receipt. I couldn't return to the restaurant until three days later, so I had to throw away the food as it would have gone bad. I figured there wasn't much they could do at that point, but when I went back to the restaurant, the manager was amazing. She offered to replace the food right away and took my word for it without any fuss. The replacement meal was perfect, and they even gave me an extra coleslaw! Thank you, team!
The food at KFC is exactly what you'd expect from their commercials—warm, crispy, and just salty enough to satisfy your cravings for a guilty pleasure, even if it might be a tad too salty for everyday eating. However, one significant drawback is that if you’re short on time, this might not be the best choice; the service tends to be a bit slow, and there's no way to bypass the drive-thru if you're in a rush.
Delicious! I work at Taco Bell, and I love combining crispy chicken with nacho cheese, topped with my tasty gravy on a taco. It's finger-licking good!
First told us they, couldn't give us 5 pieces without meal, told them we did it all the time. They decided to let us. Got home gravy everywhere, chicken box saturated. Chicken really wasn't good, won't be going back.
