Kc Donut Co - Olathe

The best donuts in Kansas City! My absolute favorite is the Old Fashioned, closely followed by the GIANT Apple Fritter, which is a close second. The texture of these donuts is unmatched, and the flavor is simply incredible. What really sets this place apart is that the prices are literally half of what you'd pay at LaMar's, while the quality of the donuts is far superior. I no longer waste my time with the yellow box company, and you shouldn’t either. Just make sure to arrive early, as they sell out quickly, or better yet, place your order the day before to ensure you don't miss out.

Update: You have finally come back to me today. You have problems with the staff due to the Kovid as we are all. All we ask is communication to know what's going on. I guess they answer. You've got the second best donut I've ever had, so that's the only reason I'm back despite their garbage customer service. The biggest problem with KC Donut Co is not communication. There is no warning when they are closed. There is no answer if you call them or message to try to make sure they are open. They just IGNORE their customers. It's beyond development. I will change my report if they ever decide to react to me and do a better job that manages their business. They closed today and nothing but a sign on the door. Stop the time of people and post something on your Facebook or really any place where we can check your vacation / changing hours.

The lady behind the counter put my order together quickly and was friendly. Didnt let anyone see any signs of stress with the ever growing line. They need to give her some help and have at least two people working during the morning rush. The boys loved the donuts, the wait was worth it!

These are awesome donuts! If you were a fan of John’s Space Age Donuts, you will love these donuts. If you hate Krispy Kreme, you will love these donuts! If you love REAL donuts, you will love these donuts!

I tried to visit this restaurant recently, but it was closed despite their posted hours stating they should be open. It's disappointing, especially if you drove out just to get a donut. This has happened to me multiple times over the past year—each visit leading to a closed door. About three years ago, I did manage to get inside, but there were only a few unappetizing, greasy donuts left, so I chose not to buy any. Save your time and gas by going to a place that actually honors their hours and has fresh donuts available for sale.
