Very unprofessional. I called in an order and asked if they sold pizza still and a young gentleman took my order even told me the sizes etc I drove there and when I was there this guy looked like the manager laughed and said they hadn’t sold pizza in 3 months and said “idk what to tell you” while he laughs and asks all his workers if anyone took an order for pizza and they all laughed. Good sub today but going thru the line ordering was confusing today. They were shot staffed I'm sure.
Great food and love how easy online pickup is here. Hard place to get in and out of, parking lot is very confusing.
Everyone is very friendly and patient. I usually only go during off peak hours so can't speak to efficiency. Great food.
Last 2 visits they have screwed up our order. Im not sure why no peppers is so difficult???? I think I am done with Jersey Mikes!
