This was our THIRD disappointing visit here in a row. We all have bad days but this can no longer be considered coincidence. I'll focus on tonight: Placed online order, waited nearly 30 minutes past our promised time, checked in twice for updates (very non committal both times I asked for a status/eta). Order was still wrong when they handed it to me (Luckily checked before I left this time- I've been burned before). Order was over $70. Service was NOT worth this. Do not recommend this location. Will not return.

As others mentioned. we have tried and disappointed this place several times. this evening was the absolute last stray. we had a job for a veggie bowl, and not only had it meat, that was a big thing! everything else was also correct. paid extra for toppings we do not receive. it's like they just put everything in their pockets, what they want and theirs expected to deal with it. will not come back. I understand the problems of the personal and the struggle, however, the people support their business with them should be at least able to make a burrito when there are so few things to start. vegetarian options: not able to eat meat, and it was given on my veggie dish. dietary restrictions: not in a position to eat meat
