While I was walking up to go in others pulled into the drive thru. As I am waiting on my order at the window an old man walks up to the window because hisorder was wrong. Honestly, this was all around a terrible experience. Long wait, can?t get orders right, food was no good,workers were unfriendly. The last two times I have gone to Arby?s I have had terrible experiences. The company is obviously notinterested in hiring good workers and pays no attention to poor reviews. *For the owner* Do not send me a lame ?I?m so sorry.?Type of typical meaningless message. I have seen these on Google frequently. Get in your store and get things right. Hire peoplewho actually want to work. It is pathetic to maintain the status quo of this place as it currently is. I don?t want a freesandwich or a coupon. I want to pay for a quality meal and get a quality meal serve quickly by a decent employee. That is nothappening at this location. PS. The feedback on the receipt does not recognize your store and the last time I followed up onone at another store the cooperate office lied to me and told me they would reimburse me for the meal I wasted money on. Don?ttry to do that again. Get in the store and make it right. You have numerous poor reviews on here. Do they mean anything to you?

I ordered the two for six chicken sandwiches, one of my chicken sandwiches came out with chicken strips but I guess they ran out of chicken strips so she decide... read more I ordered the two for six chicken sandwiches, one of my chicken sandwiches came out with chicken strips but I guess they ran out of chicken strips so she decided to put on two chicken nuggets instead, the sandwich was basically nothing but bread andridiculous for her to do so because obviously I noticed it from having chicken strips in n one sandwich to chicken nuggets onthe other sandwich. It was Last week the white elderly lady who was cooking during lunch time.

COVID-19 has been with us for years and isn’t going away. I plan to report this issue to corporate.
