The George Traditional House- Okotoks

Fish chips. The fish and chips are the best I've ever had. Cooked to perfection, big portions and at a great price (Sunday's special). Service is great, food is great, always a good dining experience.

We visited the restaurant for a family dinner on Saturday night. My spouse ordered the fish and chips and added an extra piece of fish for me, but she enjoyed it so much that she ended up eating it all. I ordered the schnitzel with garlic mashed potatoes, which was excellent. Next time, though, I think I'll request the mushroom gravy on the side, as I'm not a fan of having it directly on my protein.

What a fantastic restaurant! I've been here six times and have never been disappointed. The Guinness is poured perfectly, the food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. I've tried the clubhouse sandwich, burger, donair wrap, and several sides, and everything has been excellent.

The George is truly outstanding! I visit regularly, and the service is always excellent. My girlfriend and I have been enjoying this restaurant for quite some time, and she often stops by after work for a drink, always receiving prompt service. Newcomers to the George are also attended to quickly. I've never encountered any issues there; I absolutely love it, and all my friends who go there feel the same way!

Great food great service. Awesome place. Go there for lunch almost every day. Just launched there new lunch menu and it cant be beat anywhere in town. Delicious. Awesome service too. Will defiantly be going back soon to try out more of there lunch menu.
