Some customers have noticed a decrease in portion size and quality. Overall, the charming interior design and exceptional service stood out, despite some disappointing food experiences. The local craft beer is a highlight, but the food received mixed reviews ranging from so-so to excellent. The restaurant is praised for its great staff, fun atmosphere, and well-prepared food, making it a popular choice with a nice outdoor patio for summer enjoyment.
We stopped in for a beer and light lunch. Nice atmosphere, televisions everywhere with a ball game and golf on. Pool table and VLTs for those who wanted to partake. Beer, food and service were all very good.
Man oh man what a great place for wings. Lots of variety and even plenty of heat and large portions. Great atmosphere with a cozy feeling. Love the decor and would love to own some of their displays. Food variety is great with awesome homemade soups. Can't wait to go again
Went here for lunch. The pub is trying to be British and it does somewhat come off with the feel of a British Pub. The atmosphere is OK, too many TV's for my liking, but it seems everything is going that way these days. Ordered from a decent menu. The portions are large and filling. The Steak Sandwich was lovely - cooked just how I ordered. The only problem was one order took a long time to come out due to a mix up. Other than that a pleasant place to meet up with friends for lunch.
It is lunch time and my In-laws take us to their favourite watering hole. the decor is traditional pub with that pre-packaged decor feeling. There are 2 sides one pure testosterone and the other more family friendly. The TV's are visible from anywhere; you just can't miss your game even if you wanted to. Now for the menu; short and only slightly original. Unfortunately 2 of the dishes had really dry meat; so dry I almost choked trying to swallow. Why did the chef not inspect the dishes as they left the kitchen? Maybe the meals were like the decor; pre-packaged.
Came here for a late lunch not knowing what to expect. I was helped right away but I hadn't decided on my drink...wanted to look a little. The server seemed to forget about me. After a few minutes of waiting another server helped out and pick up the 'pieces'. I ordered the burger with onions, bacon, and cheese with fries. Everything was good but not great. The menu is typical bar food which is not a bad thing. But if you're looking for gastro-pub, this is not the place for this. The atmosphere is comfy and would be a great place to go out with friends.
