Despite some negative reviews, our experience at KFC in Okotoks has always been positive. The chicken is well-cooked, the fries are generous, and the service is friendly and efficient. While some complained about cold and oily food, we have never encountered these issues. Special requests are honored, and the restaurant is always clean. While some may have had a bad experience, we have found this KFC location to be consistent in delivering good food and service. We will continue to support this restaurant and recommend giving it a try before judging solely based on online reviews.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and received excellent service. The food was hot and fresh. I don't understand why this location has a low rating.
Orders and pays for 4 pieces of chicken but only 2 pieces. Not recognized until I was home
I had a very different experience at this restaurant compared to my last visit in March. It seems we were just lucky before based on other reviews. This time, the chicken was cooked well and the fries were decent, but the gravy was watery and overall the food lacked flavor. We had to request a cup for our drink when our food was ready, wet naps for the greasy chicken were no longer available, condiments had to be asked for as they were not offered, and we had to go back to get forks as they were not provided. The area near the garbage can was messy, with a booth out of place and leaning against the can. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Decent food gets expensive for the amount of food, but we like it, so we buy it anyway. Try it that you like it
Chicken was good but fries were cold and hard. Gravy was watery too.Hard to find a clean table to eat at.Wife sent fries back and was told fresh ones would be sent over shortly.We finished our meal waited ans waited.(No fries arrived).When we were leaving...girl said ,(your fries are almost done),knowing darn well she forgot about them. We called kfc to voice our complaint and got lots of excuses.Wont be back!
