What User doesn't like about Grand Central Bar & Grill:
We've been going here for a number of years and while the food is always fantastic, there seems to be a steady turnover in serving staff which can often lessen the quality of service received.The people who've been working here for a number of years are always fantastic, friendly and excellent servers but you'll require patience if you don't get served by those staff. So far I'm not impressedIt's a seat yourself joint, which I'm fine with.
Good service on this rainy Sunday, even though the poor gal was alone, serving & bartending.
Went here on the holiday Monday pretty earlyThere was only one server on so took a while to get our drinks but that's understandable.
The wings are super good! but the poutine is done as I never had. the fries were still crispy and crispy, even in the gravur drowned! so good! great work.
Previously it was very “Cheers”. the personal changes have taken away this domestic feeling. the service has expired and the friendly staff is no longer there. you are now just a customer. no esteemed customer. sad. it was mine, but not anymore.
