Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Okotoks

I thought the reviews as the worst DQ in Alberta were harsh. Then i came here a few times and tend to agree. Incredibly slow service, not sure if drive thru or instore is worse. Regularly sit 15 minutes in the drive thru behind 1 or 2 cars. Last order the blizzard overflowed and they just gave it to me dripping down the sides. Shame it’s the only one in Okotoks

Last couple of times I've gone the service times in the drive thru were a nightmare waited 20 minutes for a single blizzard behind 2 vehicles. Kids working were rude. Hire more/better staff.

Like every other Dairy Queen it's always pretty good. Royal Oreo Blizzard goes hard.

I don’t remember when I have had a better burger. I ordered in the drive thru and the fellow on the other end suggested something else. I went with that and was extremely pleased. When I opened the burger, it looked like the one in pictures! It was also hot and juicy! The service was fast. I wish I lived in Okotoks just for these burgers. Yum!!!

I ordered drive through for my kids chicken strips and when I get back home see the chicken strips was too dry and 06 little tiny piece it’s is not worth to pay $9.44. Really disappointed then contact restaurant manager she haven’t give any better solutions and mentioned other manager will call tomorrow and I haven’t received any call so not happy with the service!
