Dairy Queen - Okotoks

Ususally when i go to one of these places I dont expect much but actually having a whole slice of tomato and averae piece of lettuce with the rest of what comes with a burger in the meal you order isnt much to ask. I guess if you're only wanting ice cream your ok.....I have yet to receive something decent from this DQ when going through the drive thru and it isnt like they are the cheapest place either

The ice cream at this location is very good. We patronize this location quite often and have never had any complaints, mostly through the drive through and only for ice cream.

Dairy Queen cold treats. Always fast service. Never not full to overflowing. Order extra napkins. :) Haven't tried a hot meal in some time so can not weigh in on them.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, on a sunday. Was suprised when it came out 1 min after i ordered it. Not surprised that the cheese was cold, the burger was cold, and sort of pink in the middle. I reluctantly asked for another one knowing that is not the wisest thing to do in a fast food joint. As expected, the second burger came out in about 1 min aswell, with cold cheese and a ton of mustard and ketchup. Sort of a big, thankyou from the cook for complaining about his first creation. well, i did'nt eat a bite, went to the front and had to wait for the manager to stop talking to her friends to tell her that i would like to fill out a complaint form. She said the store does'nt have any and that i could just tell her what the problem was. I did and although she did offer me anything in the store, i could tell that was sort of lip service. I also had a fry, which was alittle undercooked but adequate and the ice cream was good. Thus, i will not be eating there again until i talk to the main manager or owner cause this place sucks. I had eaten her before and it was marginal but for fast food i guess you can't expect to much. However the food and service this last time was the final straw.

The service was decent, and the icecream and milkshake were good and didn't make me sick like Peter's Drive-In
