Wanted to try their bacon egger for breakfast and reading the TA reviews for this one, decided to go to the one next to the Petro Can off highway 2A. The truck stop is great and the A & W was very good. Wonderful service, clean facility, lots of people stopping in for breakfast and they were quick! The bacon egger was really good. Pleasant staff. What Judson Mann doesn't like about A&W Restaurant:
We ordered two meals that came with bacon. My teen burger had bacon burned black, I picked it off and threw it out. The Whistle Dog had bacon that was also burned black. Now this was not 'crispy' but charred. As in inedible. I took the hot dog back and asked for a replacement, which they gave me. View all feedback.
Awful serviceI was just in there about half an hour ago and the guy at the register was very cold in his tone and used few words.
Not a fan of this place. Went to drive thru twice and both times service was slow and somewhat surly.
Can I take your order? Um ya a Grandma *PRIME RIB BURGER*; I love it, I love it, I love it...Good fast food burgers exist!
This week I was able to use coupons to have a delicious breakfast with free coffee. Service vis always good at the Okotoks A&W
We often go to this A&W for breakfast when coupons are available. The staff here are so friendly and fast. This is the best A&W in southern AB! We just wish their coupons were easier to come by (available in the restaurant) and were more accomodating to couples.
